"Pretty clean dining area and indoor play place. We come here a lot with the kids bc it’s one of the few indoor play areas that’s large enough to keep their interest. Food is usually warm and tastes well. Their main issue is service and consistency. Drive thru is prioritized over dine-in and pickup orders, to the point that workers will walk right past you at the counter without giving you a look. They employ a lot of younger adults, so I understand this may be their first foray into service. But you can tell management sets them up for failure. Like with most everywhere else, they’re likely hurting for employees, and it shows unfortunately. Experience is much better through the drive thru, and you can tell they fall back on the drive thru and avoid the dining area at all costs."

"Got the Big Breakfast and other items for my grandson, got to his house and no pancakes in the container, kind of the main focus of the order, not close enough to go back and they don't answer the phone and full voicemail box. Great Service McDonald's. NOT!!!!"

"Very enjoyable play land only thing I did not like is not enough. Employees to clean the tables. Garbage cans were full and piled on top. Wish I would have stopped and made the time to bag up all the garbage and clean the tables and sweep. The floor could have taught my granddaughter a good lesson about helping."

"This was supposed to be a deluxe quarter pounder, but it's missing a few ingredients, if I'm going to pay more for something actually give it to me but I'm not going to go back inside because it'll be 15 minutes till I get my order correct and my other food will have already been cold, don't order anything complicated if you go to this location or better yet go to the Culver's next door way better burgers"

"When my prepaid card got charged and didn't have the full amount for the order the manager gave me the rest of my order for free. Bathrooms could of been cleaner but hey for a spot off the freeway what do you really want."
