"I’ve never had a problem at this location. I always mobile order then go inside and pick up before I head to work. Their iced coffees and iced espresso drinks are always very good."

"I placed a mobile order, then pulled up to the speaker. No one greeted us. After several seconds, we said, "Hello?" and continued asking if anyone was there. No answer. After several minutes, we pulled up to the window where we could see the back of an employee sitting at a table,looking at her phone. We honked, no response. So we laid on the horn and saw an employee come out from behind a wall, and the sitting employee also got up from the table. Then we had to wait for them to prepare the mobile order, which should have been already being made! A quick trip through the drive-thru turned into double the time. We will not be making any more quick trips through after this. If I'm in a hurry, I'll be going elsewhere. And be careful... cups may be top heavy. Look at the bottom of the cup. I've never seen a cup with that much empty space on the bottom!!!"

"Give this location another chance if you have had a negative experience in the past (or multiple like me). Today, my donuts tasted fresh despite it being well into the afternoon and they actually gave me a larger drink than I ordered, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The drink was made as I requested other wise. The customer service was fast and pleasant. I’m not sure if management has changed or not, but this experience was much better than it had been in the past."

"I wouldn’t even rate this a one star, but I have to pick something lol. I ordered myself & my co workers breakfast. I don’t have a pic of the breakfast because I gave it back twice & asked for a refund. It was a sausage egg & cheese wrap - frozen in the middle. Went around the line again, the girl was super nice & apologized - they remade it, only for me to take a bite & it be frozen again in the middle. At this point I was annoyed and just asked for a refund (that I still didn’t receive) I mean how hard is it to put the wrap in the toaster & make sure it’s HOT and not frozen. On top of that here is a picture of my coffee with regular cream & sugar. WHERE IS THE CREAM?! This Dunkin is HORRIBLE - I’m surprised it’s still open."
