"I haven't been into a physical VS store in a lot of years--I do the majority of my shopping online these days--and wasn't really sure what to expect. But it was a really lovely experience from start to finish. Big ups to Annabel (apologies if the spelling isn't correct) for being freakin' awesome today. I had a bit of a complicated transaction (online order returns, exchanges , etc) and she was super patient and accommodating as we figured it all out, she helped me with some sizing considerations, and even helped me speed things along since I was in a hurry. It seemed like she was actually present with me and interested in being personable & helpful, which feels somewhat rare to me out in the wild anymore. We got everything taken care of seamlessly and I made it where I needed to go in time. Thanks girl! The other gals working (didn't get their names, it was around 5pm on 9/28) were also super sweet, they offered help in a considerate way, and chatted with me here & there without being pushy or overbearing. Surprisingly lovely hour or so of shopping :)"
