I told her I wanted them in a different size and she said I’m not allowed and that they have to be the same product exactly. I’ve done this many times before and have never had an issue and workers have always been kind and flexible. So much for great customer service and clothing quality promise."

"I should’ve written this weeks ago. You know how life goes…busy-busy, forgot, & something happened that snapped and I remembered again that I had to write my experience, with the lemon. My daughter and I went school shopping and Kenwood mall was one of our stops to shop. Lulu Lemon made our list of must-goes, and boy was it very busy that day. I mean elbow to elbow, shoulder to shoulder busy. Naturally I assumed this was going to be a mess and a hassle, nope! Dominick, greeted us with a warm smile, was friendly and professional. He didn’t rush us and make me feel like I was a nuance. Parents, May agree that Usually school shopping is tedious but I actually had a pleasant experience with Lulu lemons staff.
