"I buy a black iced coffee from one of the 3 or 4 local Starbucks most days. This location is very close, and generally has a shorter wait than Rookwood or Oakley Station. Also, the employees are wonderful. With that being said, the iced coffee is generally weaker (often visibly so...it looks like iced tea), and they keep the shop super cold most days. I've made them aware of both issues, so it's hard for me to believe that both items arent intentional (ie to save costs/discourage people from hanging out)."
"One of the worst Starbucks that I have been to. I’ve given up. They seem to thrive on messing up every order. Ask for a drink at kids temperature and you better know that it’s coming extra hot. Look at my picture of a flat white and you’ll see a normal latte. As a former Starbucks partner, I know the standards that should be upheld. This store is an utter travesty. Zero good experiences here. Run away fast."
