"The past few months when I’ve come to this Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had such a good experience–whether it was ordering inside or going through the drive-thru. The staff has been so kind and my mobile app orders have always been well-prepared and ready when I showed up. I’ve never been given a wrong order or anything like that since this new staff/ownership changed at this store. A few years back I used to avoid this location due to the bad customer service, but I’m glad to see it has turned around!"
