"By far the best donuts I’ve ever got at a Dunkin’ Donuts. All the other Dunkin’ Donuts around here ruin them when they try to finish the product at the store and the people that work there know what I’m talking about. They try to put the glaze on them once they’ve been in the store and it ruins them. They’re nothing like they should be. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts is consistent and the personnel there are fantastic no reason they should have anything but a five star rating for anything other than their location is kind of difficult. "Stood outside in the freezing weather to pick up an order while staff completely ignored me for over 10 minutes. Walking back-and-forth from the window not even looking at me. Completely disrespected, bad service."

"The customer service at Turfway road is top notch. Especially with Nick! He’s incredibly personable and friendly and makes you want to visit this specific location because finding pleasant customer service driven ppl is scarce anymore . The food is great and coffee is even better ."

"Worse Dunkin experience I’ve ever had! I love Dunkins holidays drinks and went to go get my favorite drink . Unfortunately I got the drink with an extra surprise. A long curly thin hair went down my throat and I had the pleasure of pulling the hair out of my throat. I felt disgusted and I gagged. When I went to get a refund the lady seemed unapologetic and like she just wanted me to leave. They also didn’t answer the walk up window right away."

"Usually I don’t write reviews but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve gone to this location since it was more convenient for me this morning and I ordered a small hot chai latte. It’s half full and tastes like watered down milk. I should’ve said something when I grabbed it bc I could feel how light it was but I was on my way to work and thought that maybe it was just bc of the foam on top. I’ve been to 2 other Florence/Erlanger locations and it’s never like this."
