"Worst Starbucks out there. The workers don’t show up to open the shop, the customer service is horrid, whatever you do, don’t do a mobile order. Chances are they will refuse to give you your drink even if you have it up on the app, and very very high probability they won’t be there for the store to open but it still lets you order ahead. Stay away. I’ve had to get my money back several times due to them not being open or refusing to give me my drink even though I showed them that the order went through. The customer service you reach out to, to get a refund, could care less. Obviously the store manager doesn’t care either."
