"We haven't been here in a really long time. We all got our favorite donut. Interestingly, though, each of my kids came out and had something to say about the guy working. One said he was distracted and didn't pay attention. The other stated he wasn't friendly and you could tell he didn't want to be there."

"I used to love going to this Dunkin store, but ever since they renovated it, the quality of their coffee has gone downhill. Their latte used to be smooth and creamy, but now it tastes like burned coffee. It’s bitter, harsh, and unpleasant. I don’t know what they did to their machines or beans, but it was a terrible mistake. I have tried different flavors and sizes, but nothing seems to mask the awful taste. Moreover, their donuts aren't how it should be most of the time. I am very disappointed."
