"I visit this location enough that I decided to give a review. Today the guy at the drive-thru was pleasant!!! He cracked a joke regarding my selection of drink, it made me laugh to be honest. Again, I visit this location enough to say that the service and coffee are good."
"3 staff members on duty I was the only one in the store maybe two cars in drive thru when I walked in I was not greeted I had to ask the worker if she was going to help me she was looking at call in orders that needed to be filled at some point and time she acted like I was bothering her the manager stepped out or owner whatever he was and then she decided to come over and get my order the donut wholes were dry and seemed as if they were day old. I filled out the online survey it ask if you want a free coupon I happily declined I’d rather get a roll of pillsbury and do my own"
"Every time the employees are so rude here, when this location was still newer the staff was very friendly and respectful. I order cold brew frequently and have been to other locations in the area where this is never the case, they are very polite and accurate with orders. Last two times I’ve been here the staff has been reflect some of the poorest customer service I’ve seen at ANY drive-thru… once was questioned because I don’t get cream or sugar then did not put the sweet cold foam on my coffee and cut me off mid order like she didn’t listen as soon as I said cold I was trying to say sweet cold foam and cut me off asking about what size before I could even finish my sentence… in the past they constantly had infrequent consistently in taste every single time with the same exact order. Location is terrible, I’m glad it’s close to my neighborhood but the small property forces drive thru lines into the street which just constantly causes traffic distruptions and potential accidents.."
"Stopped for coffee and donuts. The coffee was very strong in the latte, a bit too strong for my taste. Donuts were good as they should be. Strange thing was a guy with a heavy accent getting in everybodies way, stop micro-managing already and let people do their job. I stood there waiting to place an order (only person in line, waiting for several minutes, was about to walk out) while he kept walking around and telling people everything but serve the customer, dude go home or at least let people take care of your customers since you seem to think it's ok to bark out commands and ignore customers."
