"Gosh, I wish I had photos. I work all over town so I stop at a lot of Starbucks. This one deserves HUGE recognition. We walked in Yesterday, one barista was at lunch but dancing in her chair and set of the most positive experience ever. Everyone was so nice. I bought a French press, after not being to find one. We couldn't find the price but the awesome barista behind the register just rang me up on my sbx account, and she saved the purchase. The most personable service EVER. We'll be back!"

"I work around the corner from this Starbucks so I come to this location every morning for my usual coffee. Even though I am a regular, the staff rarely look me in the eye. Today I felt compelled to leave a review because there was a problem with my mobile order (someone else must have accidentally picked it up, no big deal), but when I inquired, the answer was “I’m sure it’s coming,” and when I waited another 5 minutes and asked again, someone finally checked the order history and saw it had been made long before. I was left waiting for nearly 20 minutes, and when the drink was finally made, I received no apology and a lot of attitude - like it was somehow my fault. I won’t be coming back."

"I visit the Reed Hartman Starbucks once a week for my “survived another week” treat. Everyone here is always super nice, I have anxiety and going to order was super intimidating but the baristas never fail to be kind. My order is simple and usually the same thing like the caramel ribbon crunch (or any Frappuccino beverage really) but the recommendations I’ve received for drinks have been great! Store always looks awesome even at busy times, which can be rough to keep up on. Overall, I know I’m just one person but places like this make my day brighter."
