"I went to the new Blue Ash location this morning with my family for breakfast. We used to attend the reading location and loved the food so we thought we’d give this one a try. The food was not good. I ordered the chicken and waffles which the waiter says was a good choice. The chicken tenders looked like they were out of a frozen Tyson bag and the waffle was cold. I had them send the waffle back to warm it and although the plate was warm the waffle still was not. The rest of the family said their food was just ok. To top things off there was a MOUSE in the restaurant that we all saw run towards the kitchen. The. We saw it a Second time when a waitress stepped on it to her surprise and proceeded to jump on a bar stool as the rest of us lifted our legs. I could not believe my eyes. No one that worked in this facility came out to apologize, explain, look for the mouse… nothing. I will never return to this restaurant."

"Bo L. We appreciated your attentiveness as our server today! You made our visit experience great! We were seated promptly this morning around 10:30 am. Our order was taken quickly and Bo L. Brought out our food promptly, which was delicious. The atmosphere is so fun and lively! We’re so glad we came today and will pass on our positive experience to others. In the meantime, we hope you acknowledge your servers who put forth the effort to make this a great place to dine."

"Gyro omelette was absolutely delicious. Mexican omelette was good too. You also need to try their pancakes."

"Sugar n Spice, what can I say it it was a very nice experience. The atmosphere is 50s diner, the art work is suits the place and keeps you in that 50s diner atmosphere. We were here when it was not super busy but moderate, it is concrete floors and all hard surfaces which can make for a very loud environment. It was terrible, my wife and I could have a conversation with our having to yell. We had a difficult time deciding on what to eat so we each got breakfast special. I got scrambled eggs, goetta, and their whispy thin pancakes. I am a French toast guy so I split a side order of French toast with my wife. I will chose the French toast next time for the special, not the pancakes were bad, they were infact delicious. But like I said I am a French toast guy. I am also a coffee snob, sorry Starbucks you don't make the cut, but I think either the coffee was old or just burnt. At the end of the meal we were offered a small tray to select a small rubber duckie from. Highly recommend"

"We have been to the other 2 locations and were excited to try out this new spot in Summit Park! We came for breakfast on a Saturday around 11 am, and the wait was 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited quite some time before our server came over to us. We went ahead and placed our order for our food along with our drinks. She then went to the 3 tables seated after us and took all of their orders as well. We were seated for over 20 minutes before we even got a drink. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with sausage and American cheese on an English muffin with a side of pancakes. My husband had the Mexican omelet. Our food was really good, but it too took a long time. Once we finished, we sat and waited for her to bring our check. From arrival time to departure (including the 45-minute wait), we spent about 2.5 hours on breakfast. I will say that the table next to us had a different server and a much better experience. They were seated 10 minutes after us and had drinks before our server had even been to our table. They were preparing to leave as we were just receiving our food. I think your experience here will vary greatly based on your server."
