"Do I enjoy the flavor of a certain popular chain better than Biggby's coffee? Yes. Do I come to this Biggby anyway? Also yes. I haven't fully figured out yet how to get a drink that tastes good and doesn't give me jitters or sugar headaches (their cold brew is amazing but the caffeine content is so high), but Biggby has won me over with their attitude and approach to business. This particular location has a few baristas that I enjoy talking to every time I come in, and the trivia of the day is such a smart, nice touch to make the cafe feel more personal. I love that even though Biggby is technically a chain, they manage to still feel like a local, small business. And I'm sure I'll find a go-to drink soon. Highly recommend Biggby."

"So I’m fairly new to the area I went by this location I’m just gonna say how great the customer service skill were here Faith was awesome I’ve never felt so welcomed in a coffee shop before so helpful very knowledgable about the menu I’ll never forget this young lady and this is why I love Biggby . "Pleasant experience with pleasant couple running the show. They were nice and welcomed us in and even joked around. I'm a pretty simple man when I get coffee I just get it iced and it tasted great on an empty stomach. I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and for $5 I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Is this place better than a Starbucks? Yes. Is this place worth your business? Yes."
