"Quality of food is not consistent. It depends on person who makes food. Ordered flat white today, but it’s not good. Some people make flat white too good. But today’s coffee is ordinary, it’s not mixed properly. Spending lot of money, still ending up with low quality food. Staff need to be trained properly and have presence of mind while preparing food."

One worker in particular greatly lacks any customer service abilites and repeatedly yelled at customers for speaking at a normal volume. She clearly has no capacity for her job and should be terminated if she can't handle her position as she clearly cannot."

If the store manager, GM is reading this, please follow up and hold Taylor and Aniya accountable for their despicable, disrespectful behavior."
