"At what point did you decide you could save labor by not mixing your drinks? Because this is a problem at every Starbucks I go to. This is after trying to shake it myself for 10 min now and still have this much left. Coffee has no flavor because it's all at the bottom. You have raised your prices more than a dollar over the last couple years yet quality just gets worse and worse."
"Go to Stringtown Road. I ordered an iced coffee with extra cold foam and barely got any. I also ordered two of the exact same drinks and one has crunchy stuff on top. Tried to get the girls attention in the drive thru again and was ignored."
"Staff was super busy with a snooty attitude. Took entirely too long to get two cups of coffee, regular with extra cream and did not get extra cream. E we should have gone through the drive through even though it was twenty cars long because we ended up waiting for them to service all those cars to get our coffee inside. Definitely needs improvement on inside customer service"
"About what you would expect from a well-run Starbucks, and a little more spacious than many, other locations. The staff is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drinks and food are standard, Starbucks fare (coffees, refreshers, hot sandwiches, pastries, and various, prepacked foods). This location has a drive through, a moderately sized patio, and plenty of indoor seating. If you need coffee and are passing by, it's definitely worth stopping in."
