"I have had Several negative experiences with this location over the last 4 years, but I wanted to share my most recent. The main reason that I have continued to endure the poor management and customer service at this location is that they donated donuts every year, for a fundraising event at Central Crossing High School. This year, as with every other year, I stopped in to confirm the donation on Tuesday. At that time, i Was told by a manager that everything would be good to go for Sunday morning and I left my number. Sunday came and I stopped in as planned, only to get told that they needed corporate approval for such donations (6 dozen donuts and a gal coffee).... when I asked why no one called, I got told, "The manager said not to worry about it....." THANK YOU JOLLY PIRATE!!!!! You exceeded our expectations!!!!! For donuts in Grove City, I would recommend JOLLY PIRATE! They care about local residents!"
"Wow. Where do I start? The place is FILTHY. Yes it’s winter and the floors are rough, but the rest of the place needs a good scrubbing. I was totally ignored at the counter. The cashier did not greet me, look at me, tell me she would be with me in a second, nothing. Super unfriendly. The rest of the crew acted like they wanted to be anywhere else. Won’t be coming back."
"Ordered during slow period through doordash. No protection sticker over iced capp, donuts wete thrown in bags and were not sealed. Every time I order, SOMETHING is missing from my order. The other day, not a single sandwich ordered was included and they shorted me donuts. Sick of this. I've worked fast food, not hard to pay attention and make sure all items are there before sending it out the window."
"I can’t say enough about this Tim Horton. Chelsea and Kelly thank you so much for everything. The staff there is awesome. The service there is awesome they go above and beyond. I can always get a smile a thank you. But the most awesome coffee. I love the coffee there."
