Panera Bread

"I had a bad experience, which is not typical of Panera. I ordered a "Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel" with no cheese or egg. Just sausage on a bagel. When I picked it up, it was just cheese on the bagel, so I returned it and explained that it should not have cheese and should have been just sausage on a bagel. The first person couldn't understand, so they asked another person to listen. Now I do not have a speech impediment, and it was a seemingly simple request - A bagel with sausage. When it was returned, they had just put sausage on the same bagel with the cheese. They didn't even try to rewrap it or disguise the fact that it was still the same incorrect sandwich. I can't say they seemed understaffed, or untrained. It just seemed that they couldn't comprehend the simplicity of my order. Unfortunately for me, a bus with a team came in while I was waiting, so I didn't try to get the second error - I guess it was really the same error, for a second time - fixed."

"When I got here, the place was already packed and understaffed. One item I ordered was a cinnamon roll and it was so stale I could barely bite through it. I have been waiting about 30 minutes now to get the rest of my food, and I am still waiting. People who have been here even longer are also still waiting. There was and is a weird chemical smell in the place. The bathroom keeps wafting out smells of feces. Bad first experience."

"Me and my son in his father went through the Panera Drive thru. My son is 6 yrs old and was excited because he earned(Certificate of Achievement) it's free kids meal with any purchase. Well we were all very excited because they have Amazing sandwiches and Soups and Salads. Plus I remembered the one time I took my son and got the "Deli Turkey and Cheese Sandwich". It's the only sandwich on the list that's a joke. I made SURE I SAID "BACON TURKEY SANDWICHES" Plus we made it easy. We made all them the same. What do they have me? Deli Turkey and Cheese."

"I had an issue with my order never arriving (they deliver thru Door Dash - 0 Stars for them). The cashier, Tricia, was super helpful and placed another order for me. My only regret is that I didn't apologize to her for being extremely unhappy when I first arrived. She turned it around though, and made it a great experience."

"I truly wish I could give this 0/5 stars. $16 for not even half of a meal. This is a regular occurrence at this location. Terrible service and terrible quality."
