"I understand the chaos and business of Black Friday shopping but I at least expect to be treated the same as all of the other guests who had to wait 20+ minutes for their order. I’d expect the manager, Morgan, to have the same demeanor towards all of the waiting guests, not decide which guests she’d like to be warm and apologetic towards."

"I came in to this location today at 10 AM to meet up with a potential new hire. I don’t typically frequent Starbucks, not for any other reason than I don’t usually drink coffee. The service in this location was unbelievable… It’s also super clean and not packed to the gills “INSIDE” Their drive thru on the other hand is always ROCKING OUT! Thank you for the wonderful service today… it was very much appreciated! I cannot recommend this location enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
