"Those 2 young ladies that works in there Sunday mornings has horrible customer service towards colored people. I came in behind somebody that works there and they said nothing to me and I grabbed a togo menu. A non colored couple came in and they immediately greeted them and told them they can sit anywhere the wont. I don't know what happened to the wonderful hospitality Burkey I use to come to went, but after the pandemic it's been trash. Very upset about this. It use to be my favorite breakfast spot. So sad..."

"This restaurant recently changed hands. I had the fried chicken with onion rings and potato salad. It was all fantastic. The potato salad was just like my mom made! If you are looking for great home cooked food, it's here."
"Waited a while for Luke warm coffee, under cooked bacon (asked for extra crispy), and half raw fried Potatoes in a plate full of grease. Server's first day. She did fine. Don't need to go back anytime soon."
"Come for some home cooking.. but I don't recommend the coffee. Food is very good like home cooking. Coffee is like something free at.. just trust me unless you enjoy free coffee at a homeless shelter. (I think there coffee is better) I honestly can't describe the acidic bitter taste this coffee has. Even the Army has better coffee in BASIC training."
