"Some things REALLY need to change here. When the check-out line is backed up (it’s lulu so the line is always backed up) it is backed up into the men’s clothing section. Customers are standing in front of the majority of the men’s clothing and it’s practically impossible for them to make room for you to shop. With how expensive lulu is, I would think the shopping experience would be much better. This has been extremely frustrating and nothing is being done about it."

"My favorite jacket that I had bought a few months ago ripped in the dryer. I had followed the instructions, and the seams still split apart, so I brought it back to the store to see what they could do. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what the policy was and thought for sure I was out a $200 jacket. Emma, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She exchanged my ripped jacket for a new one, and even suggested some other ways of washing and drying to keep it from happening again. I have always loved the Beavercreek location due to the wonderful customer service, but this completely sent me over the moon. Thank you so much!"
