"This place just isn’t worth it. It’s the closest Tim’s to me so I’ve been going since we moved here. After today I won’t be. The sketchy Mcdonalds on smithville has much friendlier and better customer service than this Tim’s. It’s sad to say mcdonalds of all places can make a frappe better. Im sick of coming here and being treated rudely and poorly. It wasn’t just today it’s been multiple occasions. Staff is usually blunt and just throws my food at me. They can never make my drinks or food correctly and just throw it together. Staff here are incredibly rude and lazy. Tim Hortons, you are waisting your money paying the people who work at the Patterson restaurant. Corporate needs to come in and help straighten things out at that store."

"Look, they close at 7pm. I show up every Wednesday night at 615-30ish. They have everything pretty much cleaned up ready to close. I am thinking what won't make much of a mess. Every Time, I am told that they will make me anything I want. To me, that shows me good business!"

"I came in there today to check to see if they had matcha. I work right across the street and I really wanted one. I checked online first and saw Tim Hortons dots over matcha. I walked across the street to order and the lady I spoke to first was really snide with me about it. Said they didn’t have it. Which I don’t mind if they don’t but the way she spoke to me was just very belittling and rude. I got that vibe from all the employees. Very snobby and will never go to Tim Hortons again."

"My coffee was good, and the donuts were decent. There were only two younger people working and they were really busy. They both did a great job keeping up and getting things done without seeming frustrated."

"It was my first time at Tim Horton’s and I tried to the oreo capp and I must say I’m in love with that drink!! Totally loved it, it’s my new favorite. I ordered it thru drive thru. There was not much of wait at drive thru line. The prices are fine. I would definitely recommend this drink as it’s summer and this drink is perfect thirst quencher for coffee & Oreo lovers."
