Applebee's Grill + Bar

"My recent visit to Applebee's was incredibly disappointing. The salmon I ordered had brown spots, clearly past its prime, and even the limes served with it were spotted and tasted off. The attempt to mask these issues rather than address them head-on was appalling. To make matters worse, the service was horrendous, contributing to an overall chaotic and unenjoyable dining experience. When I voiced my concerns and requested to speak with the manager, hoping for some understanding or compensation, especially after spending over $200, I was met with vague and dismissive responses. The manager's lack of empathy and refusal to acknowledge the issues made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This visit was a far cry from the Applebee's experiences I used to enjoy. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in food quality and customer service standards at a well-known establishment"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Waitress spilled drinks on sister law. Didn’t even seem sorry about it. Sister in law cleaned up the mess and ice off carpet. Plates and forks that were brought to us were dirty and had hair on them. Gave them to manager at the bar since our waitress was nowhere to be found. Manager didn’t even care. Waited 45 minutes for food. Waitress did not come back between that time to check on refills. We had to go ask about our food twice. Bring out food out with attitude and we said we could use drink refills also. She stomps off and says well you wanted your food!!! We didn’t even eat our food we left. Manager was walking out wanting to know what was going on. We told her and she didn’t apologize or anything. Will NEVER go back"

"Sat at the bar since they closed one side of the restaurant and had no available booths. Sat down and waited at least 10 min with no assistance. Bartender said I'll be with you and then chatted with other people and made jokes about how she didn't know math and couldn't cash out another customer that was at the bar. (Only 2 other customers besides us at the bar) Still, we waited and hadn't even received a menu by this time. It seemed that they had only 1 waitress and 1 bartender for the entire restaurant. I would have understood if she at least brought us a menu and gave us a genuine greeting. We decided to leave, and I'm positive we will not return to this Applebee's."

"This place is a sad excuse for an Applebee's!!! The service was super slow and not very friendly. Our server had 1 table, us, when I went and asked where our drinks was that we ordered 30 minutes ago, I got the comment "oh, it's that time of the year" What!! We have been sitting here patiently and our server is sitting a table. The floor are dirty and the bathrooms not clean. We had to get ketchup from another table as all of them where empty near us, salt and peppers were low. Clearly managed properly. If you love Applebee's, skip this location as it will only dissappoint!!"

"I went to Applebee's to get some half off appetizers. I showed up at 11:35 pm it's says their open till 12:00. I was told their closed. They still had people in their. The doors were locked so I just went to Frickers and got some food."
