Forever 21

"The customer service here is terrible, I’m waiting to be assisted so I can place my clothes on hold so I can go look in another store and it’s 3 ppl up at the registers 1 working the other 2 are eating bagels and looking around looking dizzy. Is there not a manager on 2nd shift here? Why are y’all eating up front when customers need assistance? Doing a whole lot of chit chatting and keekeeing and kackaling while people are waiting in line. They were jumping in the cashiers conversation with a customer instead of assisting customers. Once I get to the register the black girl, light skinned, light colored eyes, and a multi colored afro, was very rude, “ y’all all set “ in a distasteful tone when she was just uppidy with the last customer who she knew. Then once I was done with my card, she tosses my bag on the counter “ HERE YOU GO “ whatever happened to “ Hello, how are you? Did you find everything okay?” The only one that was helpful was the short black/ light skinned girl who was working on floor."

"Decent selection. I like this store. Mall was small and not many stores for women unless you do Macy's or JCPennys. I want a trendy women's clothing store for a quick summer outfit. On a road trip and didnt know It was goimg to be 90 degrees out."

"Nice place only thing i feel everything is cropped and not everyone can show there belly it was not this way 10 years ago everything is so cut off and short it looks like baby clothse . the style is not as classy as it used to be ive been shopping at forever 21 over 15 years now its changed maybe that or maybe its the region i live in now. Im pretty sure though its the same avross the board these days. Sonetimes the associates are rude sometimes there nice it depends . you can find treasures though."
