"Made my son’s birthday cake that looked nothing like the picture and the cake was disappointing. Tried to call management but nobody would respond or I got hung up on"

"Went to pick up my twins birthday cakes for their party that I ordered two weeks ago, and confirmed a week later coming into the bakery to pay for the cakes and they were never made. Was told they put the order on the wrong week and they’d make them if we could wait… we already waited as long as we could because when I ordered they said their cake decorator would need the day to make them. The manager/owner has still not called me back or refunded my money. My kids party was literally ruined and they could care less. I opened a dispute with my credit card because this place clearly can’t be bothered to care or even apologize. We used to use them for every occasion and I’ll never step foot on this place again."

"This small downtown Bellefontaine ice cream ,/ sweet shop has plenty of items you will most likely find what you are looking for. They have a variety of hands scooped ice cream, cookies, brownies, donuts and specialty cakes made to order. While they had a wide assortment of items, I was not seeing large quantities, unless they had more in the back. Taste wise, I can only comment on the cookies and ice cream that we had. There cookies were very good. The ice cream was ok, but the ice cream buckets, had remnants of the other ice creams in them, and some looked rather old and unappetizing."
