"I avoided this place for months because of bad experiences with rude staff and reports of uncleanliness. Took a chance today with a breakfast order and staff is more rude than ever, act like people ordering is bothersome to them, and speak rudely to customers when customizing an item. (Wanted no ice in my drink but said so just after ordering, and staff member said “uh, you need to tell us BEFORE you order the drink because we ALREADY put ice in it!”) Nope, I don’t. I can and will order in whatever manner I choose, and I even apologized for saying it after the fact, and then she practically threw my food at me through the window. Stupidly high prices as well. I will not ever come back and will tell everyone I know to avoid like the plague as well. Do better."

"The ladies that work here in the morning are mostly all delightful. Excellent service. The only thing I would change is the volume of the stupid auto greeting at the drive thru speaker. It seems as though it is always about 30 notches too high. It literally hurts my ears."

"Bad attitudes all around and the lady acted like ordering a simple ham and Swiss sandwich was a huge inconvenience for her. Took forever making my sandwich because she decided her cell phone was more important. Sandwich sucked! Lima is way better! Won’t be back to this store."

"We're from out of state and stopped here this weekend to get snacks, coffee, and use the bathroom. We waited 35 minutes for three drinks (one coffee, one latte, one fountain drink) and two breakfast sandwiches. With the exception of someone coming for a pickup order, the lobby was completely deserted for the entire time we were waiting. After ordering, no one even acknowledged us, let alone updated us on the status of our food and drinks, until we asked after waiting for 20 minutes. The pastry case was totally stocked with food but when I tried to order a donut, I was told they weren't allowed to sell anything out of the case, so the only pastries they could sell were two types of bagels and two types of donut. I consider myself an extremely patient person, having spent years in my own personal hell working retail and food service with bad pay and rude customers, but the service here was just so bad and so frustrating that I feel people should know what to expect before going and plan accordingly. Maybe we were just there on a really bad day, but still, I wouldn't come back here."
