"I had Karen do several of my outfits each time she made them fit perfectly and it was in a short time frame and when I say SHORT time frame.i mean like only a couple of days because I'm horrible at planning and she always seems to make time and have everything ready! She takes the ideas I have inside my head for my costumes and brings them to life she has also altered my ENTIRE CHEERLEADING SQUADS UNIFORM also in a short time frame with no issues all at a decent price and made our team bows .Karen is AMAZING .I WOULDN'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE FOR ALTERATIONS! IM ACTUALLY HEADING BACK HERE SOON LOL"

"I had Karen alter my daughter's prom dress two years in a row!! Each time I called she got us right in! Both years she took care of the alterations in a extremely timely manner, I seem to procrastinate lol and always completed perfectly!!! Friendly and kind"

"I was told my order would be finished the next week . I went in every week for the next 3+ weeks and was constantly put on the back burner. Each week I was reassured it would be done.. I wasn't even apologized to for her constantly forgetting my dress alterations and was made to feel as if it was my fault.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.."

"They told 4 weeks, I wasn't in a hurry and left my item. After 5 weeks I stopped in to check on it. They said they'd been ill, apologized and said they'd make it a priority. After another 4 weeks, I stopped in again. When the item wasn't ready I NICELY asked to have the item back so I could take somewhere else ... again I wasn't in a hurry... They became TOTALLY rude, and practically threw me out of the joint. My advice is to stay away."
