Totally Tea

"The drinks tasted awful, 2 Thai teas a Brown sugar and a strawberry milk tea and couldn't get past the first sip on any of them. But the worst part is the way the cashier, while very nice and polite when talking to her, practically stole from me. Total came out to a bit over $18. When tip window came up I didn't even get a second before she gave herself a $7 tip which was more than our most expensive drink at around $6 which my Ohio friend said was extremely illegal. She finished the transaction, threw away my receipt, and told me to sit down before starting our drinks without my getting any say. I do not trust this place and will not go back."

"Although the service was good, the bubble tea was a huge disappointment. I ordered honeydew milk tea with boba and it was so watery (made with powder) and boba were totally flavorless. I drank 3 sips before throwing it away. $7 for a small and I won’t be back."

The service provided was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. During my visit, the place was not crowded, allowing me to relax and enjoy my bubble tea in a comfortable and peaceful ambiance. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. In terms of pricing, I found it to be in the average range for bubble tea establishments. The quality and taste, however, exceeded my expectations. The bubble tea at Totally Tea was simply phenomenal! They offered a wide variety of flavors and customizable options, allowing me to tailor my drink to my specific preferences. Each sip was a burst of deliciousness, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their ingredients. Overall, my experience at Totally Tea was excellent.
