"I don't know where to begin,I'm a new customer and love deep dish pizza so I thought I'd try Bjs. I ordered a large half and half deep dish what I received was a large half and half flattened cold pizza there's nothing about this pizza that is deep dish.On top of visually missing the mark on being deep dish the pizza dough is raw,very underbaked. It's inedible and on top of it all before seeing the food that I or my family can't eat I tipped. I'm beyond disappointed this was false advertising and you should just call it what it is pizza nothing fancy or unique about it. Shame on you I'm definitely not a satisfied customer. This was our first and last time ordering from here."

"On our most recent visit to BJ’s we had a wonderful time and it was primarily because of the bartender Stephanie. She was accommodating in every sense of the word. Not only did she go above and beyond for my husband and I, but I also witnessed her going out of her way to help another guest who was having a difficult time due to emotional distress. The food was perfect and the beer was cold. We will be back!"
"Always have such a good experience here. Food is much better in Toledo location vs Columbus locations. Pizookies are super delicious and staff is always nice, ESPECIALLY BEONIA!! One of the best waitresses I’ve had yet! Super friendly and definitely a girl boss"
