"My order was suppose to be nondairy, I asked for almond milk. It was made with regular milk, I'm extremely lactose intolerant and will become sick for days if I ingest any dairy at all. The extreme negligence of this cost me time at work, and stuck me at home with flu like symptoms for days. Maybe it was a slip up, maybe they just forgot, but such a huge error can impact a person in a big way. Maybe retrain the staff to pass closer attention."
