"Waited 30 minutes inside along with others. They lost my order. Served many others that ordered way after me. Dining room a mess. Fries was soft and nasty. Bun was extremely hard horrible taste."
"Placed a mobile order for drive thru. The person at the window clearly didn't want to be there. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and paid for extra bacon. I received a spicey chicken sandwich that only had chicken and pickles on it. So it wasn't even a complete sandwich. I also requested sauces for the happy meals and didn't receive them. Very disappointed."
"Disgusting food, rude staff. I witnessed a man who apparently just had heart surgery ask for help taking his drinks to his table and the employee told him to get the drinks himself, talk about poor customer service. Multiple people came in cause there orders were wrong. Upon receiving my food the burger meat was so old I almost puked after one Bite and ended up throwing the food away. I will never be back to this location although this seems to be the standard for all toledo McDonald's I wish we could all come together and boycott McDonald's in personally sick of wasting my money but won't be making this mistake ever again I'm fine with McDonald's forever."
"Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting for an app order when there were only about 7-8 cars ahead of me. Order was correct, but took forever. I don't blame anyone working in the restaurant, it's all on upper leadership. Either run the restaurant the way it's supposed to be ran and staff it properly, or shut it down."
"First the fountain machine was down then yhe sell me a steak bagley that's cut up and pieced together on the sandwich and used way to much sauce on it if your gonna charge me 10 dollars for a meal make it properly its bullcrap"
