"We drive over an hour to go there and most of the time the buy counter is closed. When it is open, the items on their "buying list" they never purchase. We've been there multiple times with new, boutique, purses, and jewelry plus sizes needed and they've bought minimal to nothing. Purchase prices of select items are not what they should be. Designer purses worth hundreds are bought for $20-$30 and sold for 4 times the price. I get that they're in business to make money but so are the people who are selling their items."
"Sales people are not very welcoming and act as if you're inconveniencing them by coming in. I tried to sell many clothes and shoes, they purchased 5 items for only $20, 2 of which were pairs of shoes. They informed me that the clothes were worn and some were stained, which wouldn't be possible since many of them have been worn once and hung in a closet. Most definitely a complete rip off. From now on, I feel better donating clothes than trying to sell them here."
