"No Stars in all Honesty! Customer Service Was Terrible. First time Experience. Supporting a Local Business. Order food and drinks at 8:30pm. Establishment was not that busy. Drinks didn't taste like Liquor was even in it. The worse part server put food in and it never came out. No one checked on the table. We had to go ask them where the food was at smh. As we knew not to order anymore drinks! Now it's 10pm! Now manager called. No resolution to the issue. Then the owner EVEN WORSE. I will not ever come back to this establishment! Customer Service is a big thing to me! It's was 9 of us and all we wanted was to just enjoy a night after a long work day."

"So we ordered two orders of 5 piece wing dinners, a side of fries, and a piece of cake and ice cream. we waited 45 min, server said there was only two people in the back, 45 more minutes passed, still no update on the food no refills on water or drinks, food comes out and manager says there’s enough people In The back they were just changing the oil and that’s why it took so long. When were u gonna tell us that. And karaoke was 2hrs late"

"If I can give no stars I would!!! Terrible service, terrible manager!!!! We waited for our food which was only 5 wings and fries for 1 1/2 hours. We didn’t get checked on until it was time for our checks. We talked to management about the wait for our food, no silverware, and no one to check on us. And he did nothing nor say anything to the waiter. I’m just distraught!!!! Never will I come back nor recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that was OK was the food. They charge $1 for half of a small container for ranch and we weren’t notified about the charge for ranch."
