"We celebrated my Mother-In-Law's 70th birthday at Shorty's on February 17, 2024. Monica did an incredible job catering to our two kids and the food and service was perfect. Easily top 3 restaurants in the Greater Fort Wayne area. Well-worth the trip!"

"I am a Chef so I know how food should be prepared and a restaurant should be run. I was very disappointing. To get a reservation you would expect great food, great atmosphere and great service. Food was cold, over cooked, no flavor. Service was feeling kind of push to get our table cleared befor we were done but food came out on a timely matter. I will say my fish was cooked perfect and the fresh potatoe chips was great. If your bill is $140.09 it should be good food great service. It's was disappointing to pay that amount of money and not satisfied when walking out the door."

"Went here for dinner, and it was an extreme let down. We have had a few people tell us to eat here so we decided to give it a try. The wait staff is amazing! The food is not. For the price it is sub par. I got a 8 oz prime rib tip. I got it with mashed potatoes and steak fries. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, and the first time it came out it was medium well, and cold. The mashed potatoes are instant! And the steak fries are way over seasoned. For 30$ I would at least expect real potatoes. This place is over priced and the food is not good. Not to mention that I had to watch my husband eat his food and then he had to watch me eat mine because it was not done right the first time. The only thing that I really enjoyed was our waitress, she was plesent and very nice about everything. First and last time!"

"Our first visit! Our server was friendly and efficient. We had the Almond crusted haddock for an appetizer. It was absolutely fantastic! I had a ribeye with salad and beer cheese soup. Ribeye and salad were great! I didn't care for the soup. Definitely deserves a second visit!"
