"Today I had my first telehealth visit with my counselor! It was easy to find a therapist and they accept a broad range of insurances. My two biggest issues with every other company I tried to find a therapist through was insurance. I have Medicaid and no one accepted the type I had. I called the lifestance 800 number and the woman I spoke with set me up quickly with a therapist who accepted my insurance ! No questions asked. The website is easy to use! The video app is clear and easy to use. I’m a stay at home mom who can access therapy from my couch. It’s amazing! Everyone I have come into contact with has been more than accommodating, and friendly. I recommend this 100% . Christine during our visit was so kind, and she was very accommodating, for our first visit she gave very thorough information on how to contact her in between visits.
