"$550 dollars for 1 telehealth visit. I was charged an extra $180 for "Discussing therapies that do not include medication". (Not only is that insane, but it also didn't happen). When i asked why i was charged this, neither the billing department or Dr. Resnick was able to clarify. Dr. Resnick even stated that he could not discuss my medical records with me. This issue is still unresolved as i wait for them to release my medical records."
