"I have been waiting over an hour. Can barely breathe and keep coughing. Nobody cares. I had the person in front of me get in and out and seen in 30 minutes but I’m still sitting here. Then apparently two people showed up with appointments and were seen within two minutes. Terrible urgent care, i will not be returning. Don’t waste your time"

"The walls are so thin you can hear every word spoken! Really bad for patient privacy. Plus one of the nurses was on Duolingo and it got really annoying to hear through the walls."

"So, I've had a painful sinus infection and no time. Stopped into this Urgent Care in the morning before work at about 9 am. I've used this urgent care occasionally over the past decade and it's been convenient and quick. Earlier in the year they had become Wexner. One person was in the waiting room. The receptionist said I'd have a 2 hour wait. I couldnt wait so went on to work. Called them from work later and a person answered from some other location who didn't know the reason for the 2 hour wait and basically couldn't tell me anything. I should have gone elsewhere at this point but thought they may have my historical medical records So I stopped back in after work and the waiting room was empty. This time the receptionist said they weren't seeing any more patients that day. She said they had met their quota for the day! This was one and a half hours before they closed. She did allow me to schedule an appointment at 9 am the following morning, right when they opened. She said I had to be on time exactly. Next morning at 9 am the door was still locked and inside was dark. 10-15 minutes later they started opening up. Finally, I got to see the doctor and she was very nice. Tough road to getting an antibiotic when you're in pain with a pounding headache. Not urgent and they didn't care. I've never heard of a "quota". What a bad experience! I'm finding another place next time."

"My wife had an infection, since they don't have a x-ray machine to scan her chest we had to go to OSU Wexner. But we still had to pay $30 copay for talking to the doctor there for 2 minutes. I blame it on the insurance too why so many places charge for just talking? Another time we visited they were very quick and professional. She had a big cyst and the doctor was able to drain it without sterlie cut. So this even out the first visit"
