"I just visited this facilty and while the nurse that I saw was wonderful, I almost walked out of the door when I first arrived. The building is in disrepair, the walls are so scuffed and dirty I was appalled, and the floors and windows haven't been cleaned in what looks like weeks. For example, there are pieces of tape from prior postings that need scraping and now they are filthy. The current postings have been there so long they are gray at the edges and curling inward. The baseboards are scuffed, the woodwork has deep gouges and each wall needs repainting. This is a doctor's office. For the floors to be filthy as well as everything else...I stayed because I just moved here and almost out of a prescription so needed to stay. Doctors, you should be ashamed to run your offices this way. I have never, ever seen a medical facility in such poor and dirty condition. Again, my nurse was amazing but if you have other options, go somewhere where they clean and keep up on their facilty. Also, most people had waited over two hours to see the doctor, I got in soon because I was visiting the nurse practitioner. They also booted a patient out of the inner waiting room "because the doctor is going to take his lunch now". Her appointment was at 11:30 am today. The staff member said this loud enough for the while waiting room to hear, and the poor patient was not happy as she was returned to the main waiting room. I hope someone from this office sees this and realizes how their patients deserve a clean waiting room and at least carpet and furniture purchased within the last two decades. Two words...not acceptable."
