"I'm not saying it's easy to quit, but this helped for sure. I figure with the cost of smoking why not try. I've not smoked for 2 months now and I know I have it beat. I still had some urges but when I'd go to the gas station I didn't have to fight any urges NOT to buy a pack, I just didn't want to buy them. I had some pretty heavy stress going on this last month, still smoke free. I feel it was worth the money and don't regret the investment in my health for the future.
