"Dr. Rich has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is a wonderful doctor! He is old school and tells you what he thinks ! Personally, I like that. Where others may not ! I like that I am always in and out of his office within 15 min usually ! If I call and need an appointment, they will try and get me in asap unless it can wait . Except on Wednesday, they are closed ! His 2 secretaries are also very sweet ! Hope this helps whoever is looking for a new doctor!"

My son is a patient of his, and my son is very ill. I can always call him and he always take time to consult with me regarding my son. I know there are some good doctor in Akron, but I consider Dr. Rich, to be one of the best doctor in Akron. I wouldn't trade him for the world."

"Dr Rich is wonderful, he's so nice & even gave me his phone number in case of an emergency, not many Drs do that anymore. The drive is at least 25 minutes each way and because of inflation I had to find another Dr near my home. I'll miss this Dr and his receptionist Becky.
