This is beyond huge as anyone who's battled insurance before knows. He's patient, kind and understanding and I wouldn't be where I am in life without him."

"As a patient, expect for Dr. Petal to arrive a few minutes late. During which time he is reviewing your medical chart to the most thorough details. He will then enter the room and ask his questions to match the diagnosis. Don’t worry because he is wanting to verify if or not you are on the right effective regime. Once a few open ended questions are answered then he opens up the floor to listen your needs wants and desires. His approach is non confrontational but all about your needs. As an experienced patient, your time matters… not his! He will not leave until you are knowledgeable and confident with a coarse of action. Take his opinions and suggestions because he is knowledgeable and up to date. So yeah, he’s direct at first but is like a brother to talk with. He is very understandable and may suggest other combinations of regimen. It’s great to have a doctor which adheres an open minded consult and is knowledgable to give you the best prescription. He does not push nor follow any agenda to push any certain drug. While he is all about your medical needs, his staff differs. From my experience the staff acts with utmost professionalism and no one pushes you off to the other. They treat you as part of the family and the reaction time is the most importance to them. A secret to the family is that the staff adores Dr. Petal and treats him the same as his patients. Meaning that we as patients matter to the team and they are in constant communication with the doctor. I’ve lived in major metro areas and foreign countries and I have yet to meet a doctor and his team of staff with the utmost professionalism with the skill and sincerity of each patient."
