"We have had Dr. Ortega-Close for 12 years. Started with my oldest when she was 6 weeks old. Now we have four children the youngest 4 months. While her schedule has changed over the years understandably, they always get us in quickly if we need to be seen right away. Even if its not her but her office partner who is also great. We always have the next appointment scheduled before we leave the office. Shots are all up to date, supplements given when needed, just all around anything we need is always taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. Otega-Close's MA Ms. Rochelle has been with us since the beginning as well and is excellent with all of the kids. Even keeping me calm when I was concerned for my newborn. I hope to continue to see them all through the transition to Akron Childrens I would hate to see any of the MA's leave they are all great. I always recommend this office to any friends asking for a good pediatrician!"

"This office is a complete joke. Don't get me wrong there's good employees there but the doctor and some of the staff are a joke. My son went months without seeing his doctor and everytime we call the doctor is out of the office or on vacation. When we try to set appts its month ahead because the doctor is never in the office. My son's thyroid has been coming out high for months and we yet have heard anything about it. We ask to get called back and she never calls back. Do not recommend anyone to this doctor at all."
