"the doctors and nurses are amazing here. For having such amazing doctors and nurses you’d think the front desk workers would be just as awesome but they are very rude. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door so when I walked in I chose one of the three ladies that were available to check in and the lady I went up to yelled at me and told me not to go to her and to go to another lady. The lady she sent me to was nice. But I think it’s ridiculous that they can treat people like that when your not feeling good and are at the doctors office for a reason. Do better."

"My children have been seen at St. E for nearly a decade, and now we are switching. There is no concern for customer service. The doctors and nurses are AMAZING, but the front desk staff, particularly Rhonda, are immature and confrontational. My husband was berated in the front office for trying to return his urine sample to the lab technician. The next time I took my children to the office, the same receptionist popped her gum at me and was consistently condescending. My husband tried for over a month to get a hold of the office manager, Vicky. Once he finally did, she defended the receptionist's behavior and told my husband that he was supposedly harassing other patients and he was permanently banned from their premises. My kids love Dr. Geiger and are used to being seen by him. They have to get adjusted not only to a new doctor, but a new office altogether and that's not fair to them. Do NOT recommend unless you are looking to relive your high school drama days."
