"So I came to this clinc looking for help. Numbness tingling in my arm,loss of feeling in my left index finger, loss of use of arm for most daily tasks. Can't even put away gallon of milk in fridge with my left arm it stays so weak. Battle nerve pain most every day. Been struggling for years now. Been through the therapy, spinal injections, traction, electro therapy you name it. But they refuse to help. Never even seen the actual doctor to explain this. Unless he reads this review. He won't even know my symptoms. Just dismissed me over the phone. Might I mention no one calls you back. Highly do not recommend."

"Kelsey the Medical Assistant and Secretary for Dr. Nichols is absolutely fabulous. I have had 7 spine fusions and just had a spinal stimulator surgery on 12/19/23. Kelsey has been wonderful with follow-up and answering any questions every time I've had to call. She is extremely friendly and cares about the patients needs. I have had 4 of the procedures at Mayfield and wish I would have stayed with them. A great surgeon is fabulous to have and Dr. Nichols is just that but, if the do not have an outstanding Medical Assistant your follow-up and care seem less important or bothersome for them and causing depression, anxiety and agitation for the patient. Well, Kelsey is exactly the opposite. I still remember when Dr. Mullins at Mayfield did my surgery in 2004, his Medical Assistant was Linda and she left such an impression I have never forgot her. Kelsey will be the same. Excellent job, Dr. Nichols in hiring such a great employee and asset to your team and the Mayfield Brain and Spine facility. Kelsey, you just keep being you!"

"I am a patient of doctor Bailey I have no complaints with him I've had surgery July 14th I am scheduled to appoint appointment September 1st I am in extreme pain I need help I keep calling Chrissy his nurse and she doesn't respond I've called 3 days in a row no phone call no response I called Mayfield clinic Crestview Hill and they tell me Chrissy is the only one that can help you I have never ever known a physician's office that has never returned a patient's call within 24 hours especially if the patient is in extreme pain Chrissy is totally incompetent and needs to be fired!!"

"I had an urgent request needing to be fulfilled, and was unaware the location you go for physical therapy, isn’t where your medical records are held. Even though she stated she “didn’t have much time” to get me the papers I needed, she did everything within her willpower to fulfill my needs at that time. And she MADE IT HAPPEN! Her name is Alison and she was at the Crestview Hills location. Caring, compassionate, and understanding. I’d come in everyday just to visit her if I could. Exceptional employee!"
