"Dr. Simon at Roots and Wings was able to see my infant the same day, and I'm so glad she did. She got down on the floor with him to do the exam, kept him entertained/comfortable while she checked him out, administered treatment, and was able to send us home with a nebulizer and medicine to help. We also got to avoid the nasty urgent care waiting rooms and walked right into Dr. Simon's private exam room. Highly recommend!"

She has answered many calls and texts (at all hours of the day!) and always brings a calm and empathetic presence to every interaction. I could talk all day long about how wonderful she is and that is only enhanced by her concierge practice model. We don’t have to wait for standard business hours to call the pediatrician’s office and we get to speak with the doctor directly every time! Dr. Sinclair is not only our trusted doctor but like an honorary member of the family."

"We are so grateful that we found our pediatrician Dr. Sinclair with Roots & Wings Pediatrics. She has a concierge model, which is very fairly priced. And we actually save money using this practice. This is our 5th pediatric office in two years, and we are finally happy. Dr Sinclair is available by phone anytime (she even does house calls). She has saved us from visits to the ER and urgent care as well as poison control calls. When my son fell and hit his head, she met us at the Dublin Library at 5 pm. to examine my son's concussion and read him some books afterward! We are able to visit the office for appointments and even vaccines on the weekends (including Sunday) so that the whole family is able to be involved when needed. Her office is like a giant play space. Every visit we leave, dragging our son out of her office after he has played for an additional hour after the appointment (this is huge because he was the child that would cry if a doctor even made eye contact with him, now he leaps into her arms when he sees her). In addition to being an amazing pediatrician, she is a wonderful person and so supportive of parents and families. She takes all concerns seriously and is the first Dr. who had been able to LISTEN to us and get us the necessary referrals and specialists (and fast). Her office is within the Be Well Collective, which hosts other wellness practices but also classes for kids and adults for members and non-members. Thanks to all of these reasons, my son and my family are finally comfortable in his place of care."

"I switched to Dr. Sinclair when traditional pediatrician clinics kept disappointing me. She is kind, knowledgeable, and an honest physician. She was available at 2am when my daughter had croup then saw us first thing the next day (which was a Saturday). When it was time to leave her office, my daughter said she wanted to stay forever and then played doctor all day looking for unicorns in my ears. We also had a home birth and Dr. Sinclair is home birth friendly. She even has a newborn package where she’ll come to you which seems like a dream.
