"Good doctors, good facility, but very poor office staff. Their "no call, no show" policy is absurd. If you make an appointment in the morning for the same day and call back to change or cancel for whatever reason, they consider it a "no call, no show". This will go against you and after 3 "questionable no call no shows", they will dismiss all the kids from the practice. No consideration is given to the circumstances whatsoever. Very disappointing."
