"I feel the need to write a review since there are many negative comments regarding this practice. I have been bringing my offspring to this practice since before the move while the office was still on Wenger and Dr. Pelsor was the head Physician. I have never encountered a rude front office person or nurse. I'm usually able to schedule a quick appt and have never been pushed off when dealing with a sick child. I had to go to the Huber office once, but I was thankful for the option since a Doctor had to call off sick. I'm sorry the experience has not been great for all children and parents, but this is not a bad place by any means. I hope new patients will at least have a consultation with the office when considering medical care for their offspring."

"I just want to start by saying that we enjoyed both of the doctors that we saw - Dr. Dukeman first and then Dr. Harper after Dr. Dukeman relocated. That being said, I had multiple incidents where both the front desk and whoever answers the phone were rude and unhelpful. There is virtually no availability here. I called this morning to see if my 6 month old (established patient) could be seen since she is sick and was told there was no availability (this issue is consistent with appointments in general - she couldn’t be seen for her 6 month appointment until she was over 7 months because they have no available appointments on ANY day). I was then randomly presented with an option for a different office. While contemplating on the phone whether or not my baby should just be taken to urgent care, the person on the phone said “are you actually going to show up to this appointment or not because then we are charging you a no show fee”… As a medical professional and business owner myself, this was the last straw for me. I don’t find that I am a picky person by any means but I couldn’t tolerate being spoken to like this (especially when dealing with my first child who is having their first illness). I was not even offered the option to speak to a nurse on the phone to help me decide what might be best for me and my baby. Anyway, I found another office that is more flexible for what I need and I suggest you probably do the same."

"Unsatisfied. Got kicked out because I’ve missed 3 appointment's that I called in but I guess it wasn’t in the time they liked. My daughter has been going there since she was born. I’m disappointed because since then I’ve been having a hard time finding her a new doctors that I actually like for her. My daughter is 3. I think that’s not a good policy especially since I did call and reschedule, it wasn’t a no show. I also tried to call and see if I could speak with someone about my situation an never got a call back."

"Just now getting around to leaving a review. Just a few short words. This place sucks! Could hardly ever get a call through and then could never get in for an appointment. Grandson was so sick one time and was told they could not see him. I thought they meant just no appointments available that day. They meant not see him at all. Not that day or any other day. I was in disbelief. So to me they were useless. So glad my daughter left for the safety of my grandsons health. Can’t help but feel like they would let your kid die! I mean that wholeheartedly."
