"Choosing Dr. Crickard and Hand in Hand Pediatrics as my children's primary care provider was the absolute best medical decision I made when our family moved here in 2012. Dr. Crickard is an extremely intelligent, experienced, and compassionate doctor with a caring and highly competent staff. I could not recommend this group more highly. If you are looking for a fancy waiting room with expensive toys, you won't find it here. What you will find is a group of doctors, nurses, and staff who prioritize children's health and who really listen. These doctors are so good that they not only practice medicine, they teach medicine. They are affiliated with one of the best children's hospitals in the country, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and this relationship means hometown care with the most advanced and cutting-edge resources available today. Hand in Hand is truly the best of both worlds."

"Doctors have always been exceptionally nice and helpful, receptionists have always been very kind. I'm not sure what these bad reviews are about. None of them have details and are unsubstantiated, I have never seen an upset visitor in the 5 years I've been going there."

"The doctors are great! But when you have a sick child who is in and out of the emergency! I think their policy of discharging patients from their care is very stupid !!!!!!! When there is noway you can keep that appointment! You would think they would understand knowing this is a child's health ! I wouldn't recommend anyone here smh! Taking my daughter somewhere else !"

"I started taking my 3 kids here and it has been a wonderful experience so far. We’ve met 3 of the doctors, and all of them them were so good with my kids, knowledgeable, and kind. They were also not alarmists, which i was concerned about running into. We’ve never waited for than 5 minutes and they are often able to get us in on short notice if need be. I will also say, the receptionist is kind and helpful. Very happy with this office so far"
