"Dr. Prenger has been my parents PCP for several years now and is phenomenal. He takes time with his patients, is never in a hurry and is very, very good at explaining issues to his patients. I can't say enough how good he is with elderly patients. My parents had complicated medical issues and he always made sure they understood and would talk with them about not just their health, but their socialization, environment, and state of mind. I have been able to get appointments for my parents quickly and his staff are very professional, competent and courteous. One staff member let me know how much she enjoyed working with him and said she learned more from his explanation on a particular medical issue than a whole semester at college. Another said how much she enjoyed working with him due to his demeanor and teamwork. I like the fact that he treats his staff well and they respect him, not just for his abilities but as a person. Just recently he was able to figure out what was happening with my Dad when several specialists were not able to.
