"I've used Prime care physicians for a very long time. NEVER had a problem. Matter of fact, they have always gone out of their way to accommodate me. Dr Beyer spent lots of time with me explaining my medications that my cardiologist didn't take the time to do. Dr Beyer, Mary Anne, and the rest of the staff are great. I miss Dr Bosslet, but very satisfied with this office."

Dr. Beyer (and his nurse Maryanne) truly cares about my needs as a patient and is very understanding. Unlike many doctors, he actually spends time in the room with you and is very thorough when explaining things."

"Definitely the rudest health care professionals out there. Better hope you answer your phone the first time they call because they will literally ignore you when you call back. I called 9 times and left 2 messages (within a week) with nothing, not knowing my results. Then they claim to have left me messages (I checked my voicemail, they said to call them back the first time) I then left them 2 messages and had to dial the wrong extension to be greeted by a person. Maryanne was the RUDEST nurse I have ever encountered. Phlebotomist was rude as well as secretaries. Dr.Beyer is friendly but make sure YOU know what tests to tell him to run, or he won’t do it. Or he’ll say he “forgot” and then you get double billed and have to have blood drawn twice. Best of luck if you choose these people for your healthcare needs."
