"I love the office and staff, but you miss one appointment by accident because it was originally for a different date and they reschedule it themselves due to surgery days, which I understand. We missed one appointment and we got dismissed from the practice and not allowed to reschedule which is a joke! I understand missing 2 appointments and being dismissed but we’ve going for 3 years and never missed appointments."

"If I could do 0 stars I would. Dr. Randy discriminates against medicaid patients. He canceled our scheduled surgery twice after we drove to the hospital. It was clear he didn't want to do the surgery for monetary reasons. He is unethical and does not have the patient's care as a priority. My child has pain on daily basis and waited six months for a surgery. It was canceled twice. He did not help us at all. She continues to have pain and we are now looking for a new dentist."

"I wish I could give this review 0 stars. Wasn’t there for even 5 minutes and the receptionist said they wouldn’t see my kids because we were 5 minutes late and the paperwork wasn’t done. But what they lacked to understand was why the paperwork wasn’t finished, I tried to fill it out in advance but had questions. The receptionist didn’t even let me explain/ask my questions and said sorry, we won’t see them. I understand that they need 30 minutes to be filled out, if I have known that I would’ve made the time to come early but I wasn’t informed that I needed to be there 30 minutes early if I needed help with it. If the paperwork was so important to them, the receptionist would’ve called me the day before to make sure that I didn’t have questions or to inform me to arrive 30 minutes before. I don’t worry about paperwork, I worry about my kids having the best care, especially when they were scared to see a dentist. They lost two patients now and I’d definitely not recommend to any of my friends either. Very poor service."

"I took my 21 months old son for his first dentist appointment and was blown away by how AMAZING this office is!! We were greeted in a super friendly manner when we first walked in, and the waiting room has toys for kids. The dental assistants were spectacular! So friendly, professional, and fun. Dr. Niederkohr was also very warm and gentle and was quick to apply the flouride to my crying toddler's teeth. They also had a therapy puppy visit our son between the initial exam and seeing the dentist, and they let kids pick out a toy before leaving. What a huge sigh of relief this check up was for a first time mama! Thank you so, so much to everyone today who made our visit as great as it could possibly be."
